Can we be friends?

I want to befriend other aspiring novelists or full-fledged authors so that we can talk and share ideas  and offer support but I have no idea where to meet them.  Hello?  Writers?  Are you out there?  Can we chat?

  1. Hello? Hellooo? Is this thing on?
    I’m on the same mission!
I’m posting my book chapter by chapter as I’m writing it on here, consider yourself followed!

  2. I am not, at the moment, attempting to be a novelist or author but I do have many ideas floating around for that ever elusive “someday” when I have the chance to sit down and flesh out my ideas. I think I would lean more towards writing for children, but who knows. I love writing in general and that is why I blog. I have been free lance writing some technical articles for a sewing site that I belong to and that has really helped me get back into a more disciplined routine of writing.
As far as where to meet other writers? Let me know if you figure it out. This cyber world seems to be rather random in how, when, and why people stumble across you and actually make a connection. That being said, I would be happy to be your friend and discuss writing stuff 🙂

  3. Hello, friend! Let’s discuss writing and your amazing sewing! I only hand sew as I’ve never figured out how to use a sewing machine. Sewing machines, chemistry, math, and football all fall under the “I don’t understand” category!

  4. I have met good authors and writers on Twitter. Goodreads, as listed previously, is another good place. I am a small-time author with six published stories, so nothing major. I am planning to begin a Q and A series with authors and other writers after I wrap up my When We Write Letter Series.
